Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ existing PLM systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Implement tailored SAP PLM solutions ensuring seamless integration with client IT infrastructure and business processes. Collaborate closely with IT, engineering, and product management teams to align PLM strategies with organizational goals. Provide expert training and ongoing support to client teams, enhancing their ability to utilize SAP PLM tools effectively. Develop detailed project documentation such as requirements specifications, process flows, and user manuals to ensure clarity and knowledge transfer. Monitor project milestones and deliverables, reporting progress to stakeholders and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes. Stay current with industry trends, SAP updates, and PLM best practices to continuously improve client service and solution offerings. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2-5 years of proven experience in SAP consulting with a focus on Product Lifecycle Management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex PLM challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Preferred: Certifications in SAP PLM or related SAP modules. Experience working in cross-functional teams within technology or manufacturing sectors.
