In this role, you will support customers through different channels, assisting with order tracking, product inquiries, account-related questions, and recommending products that match their needs. We are looking for individuals with at least B2 level English proficiency who enjoy delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
This is a temporary 3-month opportunity with a globally recognized sports brand account located in Pavas, San José.
