This role is essential for maintaining a safe environment for employees and visitors by following established security protocols. Key Responsibilities Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain premises security. Conduct regular patrols to deter and detect criminal activity or unauthorized personnel. Respond promptly to alarms and calls for assistance, providing immediate support. Inspect buildings and access points to ensure compliance with security protocols. Maintain accurate records of security incidents, patrols, and unusual occurrences. Assist with housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and orderly environment. Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in security training and housekeeping skills. Knowledge of security operations and procedures. Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent attention to detail and observational skills. This position requires teamwork and collaboration with other security personnel, employees, and visitors. You will report directly to the Security Manager or supervising officer, ensuring clear communication and timely reporting of security issues. Compensation: ₹15,000 per month. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
