Key Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols to maintain security and safety of the premises. Monitor and control access points to prevent unauthorized entry. Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents. Document and report suspicious activities and breaches. Provide excellent customer service to staff, visitors, and clients. Assist in emergency responses following safety protocols. Maintain accurate daily records of activities and incidents. As a Security Guard, you will actively participate in daily security operations and collaborate with team members and law enforcement when necessary to maintain a secure environment. Your effectiveness will be measured by adherence to safety protocols and overall safety perception among employees and visitors. Qualifications Secondary School Certificate or equivalent required. Prior experience in security services preferred. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of patrolling techniques and safety protocols. Ability to remain calm and effective during emergencies. Good communication skills for interacting with all staff levels. Physical fitness to perform regular patrols.
