Document all incidents and actions taken in detailed daily reports for analysis and future reference. Participate in emergency response drills and real emergency situations to maintain readiness. Collaborate closely with team members to uphold cohesive and effective security measures. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong skills in surveillance, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving. Attention to detail and ability to work well within a team environment. Experience or training in emergency response protocols is a plus. Prior security or related experience preferred but not required.
