MBA is seeking a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join our Crane Team within the Commercial Lines Department, located in Media, PA. This full-time role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in account management, particularly in the Construction & Crane commercial insurance sector. You will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and driving business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and proactive communication. Negotiate and facilitate the renewal, modification, and expansion of insurance policies tailored to client needs. Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions addressing client requirements. Monitor and analyze market trends to provide insightful recommendations and competitive insurance solutions. Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance and growth strategies to stakeholders. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support cross-selling initiatives. Required and Preferred Qualifications College degree preferred, ideally in business, finance, or related fields. Strong communication and negotiation skills essential for effective client interactions. Minimum of 5 years experience in account management, preferably within the insurance sector. Solid understanding of commercial lines insurance products and services. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
