Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs for diverse machining operations, ensuring maximum accuracy and efficiency. Utilize advanced CAD/CAM software to create and modify machinable designs based on detailed technical specifications. Set up and operate CNC machines, performing test runs to verify program accuracy and machine performance. Conduct thorough inspections of finished parts to uphold stringent quality standards and specification compliance. Collaborate closely with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot technical challenges and improve machine functionality. Mentor and train junior machinists and programmers, fostering a supportive and productive team environment. Document all programming processes and modifications in line with internal quality assurance protocols. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in CNC programming and machining. Proficiency in CNC programming and CAD/CAM technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues efficiently. Hands-on experience with a variety of CNC machining tools and equipment. Industry certifications are advantageous.
