About the role
Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer to join the USB and Networking business unit (UNG).
Responsibilities
- Develop and support evaluation platform PCBs for PCIe and USB products.
- Support Linux, Windows and RTOS drivers for Microchip USB/PCIe to Ethernet bridges and PCIe switch products.
- Plan and coordinate development and sustaining maintenance for Windows, Linux, RTOS and MacOS drivers.
- Develop collateral such as application notes, data sheets and reference designs, along with other activities for new products.
