Key Responsibilities Design and produce compelling graphics for digital and print platforms that align with client branding and marketing objectives. Collaborate closely with project managers and fellow designers to brainstorm and develop innovative design concepts tailored to client needs. Review and critique design deliverables throughout production to ensure high-quality, polished outcomes that meet deadlines. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field. 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an agency setting. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong skills in layout design, color theory, creative thinking, and effective communication. A portfolio demonstrating a broad range of design projects and a solid understanding of branding principles. Preferred: Experience mentoring or leading junior designers.
