About the role

Rocha Brothers Group is building its custom and high-end portfolio. The Senior Project Manager will own custom homes and high-end remodels from project award through delivery and closeout, with accountability for schedule, budget, quality, and client experience. The role has room to grow into broader construction leadership as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of custom homes and high-end remodels as the single accountable owner of schedule, budget, quality, and client experience.
• Build and maintain each project's master construction schedule, sequencing trades, inspections, selections, and milestones.
• Coordinate client selections and specifications, including finishes, materials, fixtures, and colors.
• Run projects from award through delivery and closeout, managing trades, selections, and the client relationship.

Requirements

• Have already managed custom homes and high-end remodels at this level.
• Know what a finished million-dollar home should look like, which trades to put on it, and how to guide a demanding client through the process with confidence.
• Be able to own projects and make decisions without waiting for direction or routing every decision back upstairs.
