Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a portfolio of complex multi-family development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to guarantee on-time, on-budget delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to foster seamless communication and collaboration. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 7 years of project management experience in multi-family residential construction or development.
