Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a portfolio of complex multi-family development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to guarantee on-time, on-budget delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to foster seamless communication and collaboration. Identify , assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns. Implement stage gate quality and control processes throughout the full systems development life cycle to uphold high standards. Manage project change requests efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder approval. Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project delivery efficiency and effectiveness. Provide on-site leadership and mentorship to project teams, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 7 years of project management experience in multi-family residential construction or development. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills. Expertise in project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and financial management tools. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to engage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk and issue management. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Experience working in the Doral, Florida market or similar urban multi-family environments. Familiarity with local building codes, permitting processes, and sustainability standards.
