Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, including managerial responsibilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels. Proven expertise in recruitment analytics and metrics-driven decision making. Project Management certification or relevant experience is preferred.
