Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining advanced development, enterprise integrations, architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentoring.
Important: hybrid role - 3 times a week
Responsabilities
Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and custom metadata.Lead technical design and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and governor limits.Integrate Salesforce with external platforms through REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, Platform Events, and middleware.Evaluate native Salesforce capabilities versus custom development.Establish coding, testing, security, and deployment standards.Conduct code reviews and mentor other developers.Manage releases and CI/CD pipelines using SFDX, Git, and Salesforce DevOps tools.Support production incidents and platform performance.Evaluate Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce, Einstein, and Prompt Builder.
Must have:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.Advanced experience with Apex, triggers, asynchronous processing, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and governor limits.Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, Platform Events, or Change Data Capture.Experience with SFDX, Git, and CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, or GitHub Actions.Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and security.Technical design, code review, and mentoring experience.Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.Advanced English skills.
Nice to have:
Platform Developer II or Salesforce Architect certification.Experience with MuleSoft, Data Cloud, Agentforce, or Einstein.Knowledge of Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.Experience in regulated or high-scale consumer environments.
