SEO Manager

About the role

Viva Talent is looking for an experienced SEO professional with a strong background in technical SEO, content strategy, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). You’ll own SEO and AEO hands-on while building, managing, and developing the team supporting the work. The organic search efforts are already in motion, and you’ll assess what’s working and turn the foundation into a clear, measurable growth program. You’ll also build AEO capability from the ground up.

Viva Talent connects US companies with Executive Assistants and opens career-defining work for talented people across Latin America. The globally distributed team has 200+ members across 15+ countries and 3 continents, with a mission to expand opportunity for women in LatAm.

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO and AEO roadmap, including priorities, timelines, and KPIs.
• Improve existing processes and drive the work forward day to day.
• Build content strategy through keyword research, topic clustering, editorial briefs, and prioritization tied to business goals.
• Run technical SEO, including site architecture, crawl optimization, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and indexation.
• Build AEO strategy to improve how Viva is understood, cited, and surfaced across AI search experiences such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Claude.
• Lead and develop the SEO team by setting priorities, clarifying ownership, coaching team members, reviewing work, and building a high-performing SEO function.

Requirements

• Experienced SEO professional with a strong background in technical SEO, content strategy, and AEO.
• Experience owning an organic search roadmap end to end.
