Social Media Manager

About the role

Talent Global LLC is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive part-time Social Media Manager for a fast-growing U.S.-based direct-to-consumer wellness brand. The brand focuses on performance supplements and has a presence across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Instagram, and other social platforms.

You will own the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of social media channels, develop content strategy, manage community engagement, and appear in short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms. The role is approximately 15 hours per week, with a flexible schedule and availability to collaborate during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Plan, schedule, publish, and optimize organic social content.
• Edit and repurpose short-form video content from existing footage.
• Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas aligned with current trends.
• Source, evaluate, and manage UGC creators and influencer partnerships.
• Support the relaunch and ongoing management of the TikTok Shop affiliate program.
