What You’ll Own:• Content Strategy & Execution: End-to-end management across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms (TikTok, Reddit)• Creativity: Storytelling and visual fun. Brief and lead content creation and vendors• Coordination & Supervision of Paid Media: Meta Ads strategy, content/design; campaign management, and conversion optimization• Community Engagement: Daily management and dynamic interaction across all active channels• Analytics: Performance tracking, insights, and continuous campaign reporting What You Bring:• 5+ years of experience actively managing Meta Ads and organic social strategy• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (native-level English strongly preferred)• Industry Experience: Real estate, private clubs, or high-end residential developments• Creative Instincts: A natural affinity for attention to detail, hospitality, art, design, and lifestyle storytelling• Culture Fit: A positive, adaptable mindset that excels in a multicultural team.
