Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

Confidential is seeking a social media and digital content expert for a unique development centered around private clubs, world-class amenities, art, and a refined coastal lifestyle in San José del Cabo. The role combines strategic creativity, storytelling, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage content strategy and execution across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms such as TikTok and Reddit.
• Develop storytelling and visual content, and brief and lead content creation and vendors.
• Coordinate and supervise paid media, including Meta Ads strategy, content and design, campaign management, and conversion optimization.
• Manage daily community engagement and interaction across active channels.
• Track performance, identify insights, and report on campaigns.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience actively managing Meta Ads and organic social strategy.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; native-level English is strongly preferred.
• Experience in real estate, private clubs, or high-end residential developments.
• Attention to detail and an affinity for hospitality, art, design, and lifestyle storytelling.
• A positive, adaptable mindset suited to a multicultural team, with passion during work hours and respect for personal time.
