Requirements:

- 1–4 years of experience in software sales, business development, B2B sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to interior and remote locations.
- Ability to understand and explain software products in simple business terms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Proficiency in Hindi, English and Bengali.
- Willingness to travel by road, where required.
