As a Software Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our footprint in the US market, focusing on BFSI, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Retail, and Community Banks. Key Responsibilities Drive direct sales of Sequretek’s AI-powered Percept Cloud Security Platform to targeted enterprise customers across BFSI, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Retail, and Community Banks in the US. Create tailored proposals and quotations responding to customer requirements, RFPs, RFQs, and EoQs, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities. Collaborate closely with the Pre-sales Team to facilitate technical discussions, product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (PoC), and pilot projects that effectively showcase product value. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs, contributing directly to company revenue growth and market expansion. Manage the full sales cycle including booking, billing, and collections, ensuring timely commission payments as per Sequretek’s incentive policies. Represent Sequretek at marketing events, trade shows, and webinars as a single point of contact (SPOC), presenter, or booth representative to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Engage in continuous self-learning and professional development to stay current with cybersecurity trends, product updates, and competitive landscape. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and marketplaces to maximize sales channels and market penetration. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 3-5 years of proven software sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise software within the US market. Strong understanding of BFSI, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Retail, or Community Bank sectors and their cybersecurity needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach. Ability to manage complex sales cycles and coordinate cross-functional teams. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work on-site in Jersey City. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting. Preferred: Experience working with AI-driven security platforms or SaaS products. Familiarity with US regulatory compliance standards related to cybersecurity. Prior experience collaborating with pre-sales and technical teams. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
