Our next Sports-Minded Marketing and Sales Associate will possess the determination and competitive nature that will push our company and team to grow both professionally and personally. The Marketing and Sales Associate role involves direct marketing promotions, actively participating in product knowledge meetings, and providing direct customer service and sales support to consumers. The ideal candidate would possess a competitive mindset much like an athlete and a student mentality with willingness and ability to excel.

ResponsibilitiesEngage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on current promotions in a retail environmentProvide excellent customer service for existing clienteleRepresent the brand through retail marketing campaignsInteract with retail consumers and provide quality customer service.Act as a point person for all consumer relationsGenerate leads and drive SALES
QualificationsCustomer service and/or sales experience is preferredGoal-oriented with a student mentalityContribute to a positive & energetic environmentDisplay a student mentality with an open mindPossess effective interpersonal & communication skills
