Join our team to support prospective students enrolling in Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Phlebotomy Technician, and Patient Care Technician programs. This role is essential in guiding students toward rewarding healthcare careers while fostering community health and student success. Key Responsibilities Assist prospective students with program inquiries and enrollment procedures. Provide personalized guidance throughout the enrollment process to ensure student understanding and satisfaction. Conduct informational sessions and orientations detailing program requirements and career opportunities. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment data for reporting and follow-up. Collaborate with program coordinators to improve enrollment workflows and address student concerns. Follow up with prospective students to encourage enrollment and help overcome barriers. Participate in community outreach events to promote programs and connect with potential students. Success Metrics: Enrollment targets achievement, high student satisfaction rates, and strong relationship-building with prospective students. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Compassionate and empathetic communication style. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability. Experience in customer service or education-related roles preferred.
