Key Responsibilities Conduct in-person and phone interviews to collect accurate survey data. Use strong communication skills to engage respondents and encourage honest feedback. Maintain detailed and accurate records ensuring data integrity throughout the process. Collaborate with the research team to improve survey questions based on feedback. Assist with pre-survey preparations and identify target respondents through sampling strategies. Provide timely feedback on survey effectiveness and suggest improvements. Meet or exceed daily data collection targets and deadlines. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in communication, social sciences, or related fields. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with survey methodologies and data collection best practices. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently under tight deadlines. Previous experience in conducting interviews or surveys is preferred but not required. As part of our dynamic team, you will report to the Research Manager and work closely with analysts and project coordinators to ensure successful data collection. This full-time role is based in Salem, Tamil Nadu, and requires on-site presence.
