Position overview:As a CX Sourcing Specialist-Intermediate you work with minimal supervision to maintain healthy talent pipelines and meet sourcing targets for high-volume customer experience agent recruitment. You manage multiple sourcing channels to optimize sourcing initiatives.
Key responsibilitiesCoordinate with CX Talent Acquisition Specialists to align sourcing efforts with hiring needs and timelinesIndependently manage sourcing campaigns across multiple platforms for assigned groupsDevelop and execute proactive sourcing initiatives to identify passive candidates and build talent pipelinesConduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate fit and gather relevant informationAnalyze sourcing metrics and adjust approach to improve candidate quality and conversion ratesParticipate in recruitment events, job fairs, and marketing initiatives to generate candidate interestMaintain accurate candidate records and sourcing data in recruitment systemsProvide feedback to recruitment team on candidate quality and market conditionsIdentify and test new sourcing channels and tools to improve efficiency
