Talent Acquisition Business Intelligence Specialist

Position overview:As a Talent Acquisition Business Intelligence Specialist you independently analyze recruitment data and support process improvement initiatives. You develop and maintain recruitment dashboards, conduct data analysis, and contribute to process optimization efforts that enhance recruitment efficiency.
Key responsibilities:Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvementConduct root cause analysis on recruitment challenges and develop data-driven recommendations for improvementsSupport process mapping and workflow redesign activities to optimize recruitment processesAssist with technology evaluation and implementation projects to improve recruitment systems and toolsGather requirements from recruitment teams and develop solutions that address operational needsIdentify and document process improvements that enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experienceDesign and develop recruitment dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to recruitment teams and leadershipPresent data insights and recommendations to recruitment leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications:2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, recruitment operations, or related analytical rolesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related fieldB2+ oral and written English; additional languages as required
