About the role
At TELUS Digital, the Talent Acquisition Business Intelligence Specialist independently analyzes recruitment data and supports process improvement initiatives. The role develops and maintains recruitment dashboards, conducts data analysis, and contributes to efforts that enhance recruitment efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis on recruitment challenges and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Support process mapping and workflow redesign to optimize recruitment processes.
- Assist with technology evaluation and implementation projects to improve recruitment systems and tools.
- Gather requirements from recruitment teams and develop solutions for operational needs.
- Identify and document improvements that enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Design and develop recruitment dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to recruitment teams and leadership.
- Present data insights and recommendations to recruitment leadership and stakeholders.
