M&C Assemblies is seeking self-motivated, hard-working, and reliable individuals, with strong mechanical abilities, to assemble items such as: bikes, grills, wheelbarrows, lawn mowers, fire pits, patio furniture, and much more in our client retail stores. Efficient Technicians can make anywhere from $300 to $1000 per week, or more! The more you build, the more you make, so the sky is the limit! Compensation: -- Performance-based -- Settlements paid weekly. -- Premium rates for meeting client standards: Earlier start times, high productions, assembly completion satisfaction. Position Requirements: -- Must be at least 18 years of age. -- Must have your own tools. Recommended tools: Cordless impact drill with assorted bits, impact driver, metric/standard socket set, wrench set, hammer, screwdrivers, mallet, safety knife, etc. -- Ability to follow assembly instructions, per manufacturer guidelines. -- Ability to complete product assemblies independently and efficiently. -- A smart device (phone or tablet) capable of downloading apps.
