Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and collect relevant information. Keep detailed and accurate records of calls, client interactions, and responses using CRM software. Support financial analysis and perform data entry related to client transactions and preferences. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to coordinate outreach efforts and share valuable insights. Prepare detailed reports on call outcomes, client feedback, and suggest improvements for outreach strategies. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance client communication. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail. Basic to intermediate financial analysis capabilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Our telecallers collaborate closely with sales and marketing departments and report directly to the Telecalling Supervisor to achieve both personal and team objectives.
