Join Love Set Match as a Tennis Coach in East Los Angeles! We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Tennis Coach to support our community program. This part-time, stipend-based role offers a rewarding opportunity to teach tennis skills, promote sportsmanship, and inspire youth in East Los Angeles. Key Responsibilities Conduct tennis lessons for children and teens, focusing on skill development and positive sportsmanship. Design and implement engaging practice drills tailored to various skill levels. Track player progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement. Organize and manage local tennis tournaments and community events. Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment during all coaching sessions. Serve as a mentor promoting healthy lifestyles, teamwork, and confidence. Collaborate with community partners to increase program outreach and visibility. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience playing or coaching tennis at a competitive level preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, encouraging approach. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus. Experience working with youth in sports or community programs preferred. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
