About the role
Dumaguete Hiring is hiring a territory sales representative for Oriental.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Expand market presence and introduce products to new clients.
- Execute field sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records.
- Increase territory sales through proactive customer engagement.
- Submit timely sales reports and daily deliverables.
- Support team promotions and business growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4-year business-related course.
- 1–2 years of sales experience; retail, construction, or hardware industry experience is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a 4-wheel vehicle.
- Willing to travel across Negros Oriental and Bacolod.
- Fluent in Bisaya (Cebuano).
