Growing fabrication shop (millwork + metal fabrication + powder coating) looking for an experienced TIG/MIG welder — aluminum, stainless steel, and steel. Real architectural work for hotels, restaurants, and healthcare projects — not production-line work.
**What we need:**
✅ Certified TIG and MIG welder, comfortable across multiple metal types
✅ Able to read shop drawings
✅ Experience in fabrication / architectural metal
