About the role

TopFoxx is looking for a TikTok Shop, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to turn its creator network into a scalable, consistent sales engine. TikTok Shop is a major focus. The role owns the creator and affiliate side of the channel, including recruiting creators, activating them, building relationships, improving content output, managing affiliate campaigns, and identifying what makes creators and content generate sales.

Current TikTok Shop affiliate activity is approximately 2,000 videos per month from around 650 creators, but only about 1–2% of those videos are currently driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and activate creators, build relationships, and improve content output.
• Manage affiliate campaigns and identify what makes creators and content generate sales.
• Investigate why only a small percentage of creator videos generate sales, identify problems, develop and implement strategies, monitor results, and continue improving.
• Build a creator ecosystem that consistently produces high-quality content and revenue.

Requirements

• Fluent English required.
• Comfort figuring things out independently without waiting for a step-by-step process.
