Key Responsibilities Review bid packages, specifications, and drawings to fully understand project scope and requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost budgets, and estimates from project inception through bid submission, maintaining competitive and profitable pricing. Identify critical project elements and potential value engineering opportunities to optimize costs and enhance bid competitiveness. Lead and delegate tasks to estimating team members to develop comprehensive pricing packages for large RFPs, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
