Key Responsibilities Engage with job seekers to understand their career goals and deliver personalized job recommendations. Communicate effectively via email, chat, and phone to support users. Lead outreach initiatives to promote FlexJobs services and attract new leads. Collaborate with marketing to develop strategies enhancing user experience. Monitor user feedback and partner with product teams to implement improvements. Track and analyze job placement metrics to assess program success. Maintain and update the resource library with relevant job search content. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 1-3 years experience in customer service, recruitment, or career counseling. Familiarity with remote work trends is a plus. Certifications in career coaching or human resources preferred. Work collaboratively in a supportive atmosphere reporting to the Team Lead of User Engagement. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Product Development to continuously improve our services. Location: Austin, Texas, United States. This is an on-site, full-time position. Compensation: $30 per hour.
