Key Responsibilities Communicate proactively with clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve routine inquiries and provide timely updates, ensuring high client satisfaction. Assist the account management team by scheduling meetings, preparing paperwork, and conducting follow-ups to streamline workflow and enhance team productivity. Maintain accurate and structured client account records using CRM tools, ensuring data integrity and easy access for internal teams. Coordinate with cross-functional internal departments to facilitate smooth handling of client requests and resolve issues efficiently. Track progress on active tasks and communications, providing status reports to the account team to support project timelines and client commitments. Identify opportunities to improve account processes and client communication strategies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Support onboarding of new clients by assisting with documentation and initial account setup activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations when handling client information. What We're Looking For Required: High school diploma or equivalent education. Prior experience in customer service or client account management, preferably in a remote or virtual environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle client inquiries professionally. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software and online collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar tools. Preferred: Experience working with structured account data and maintaining confidentiality. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and workflows. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client service. Interest in career development and willingness to engage in ongoing training opportunities.
