Key Responsibilities Organize and maintain children’s files to guarantee data integrity and easy access for staff and volunteers. Conduct regular audits of existing records to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational standards. Input new data into our filing system, ensuring all documents are correctly categorized and securely stored. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement best practices for efficient data management and record keeping. Respond promptly to inquiries regarding files and assist staff in retrieving necessary documentation during program activities. Participate actively in team meetings, sharing ideas to improve data processes and support children’s services. Support children’s events by assisting with logistics and organizing related documentation to ensure smooth operations. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent educational background. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality. Excellent organizational and communication skills to work effectively within a team. Willingness to learn and engage actively with team members and organizational processes. Preferred: Experience with filing systems, data entry, or administrative tasks. Familiarity with software tools commonly used in data management (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
