Key Responsibilities Edit and produce high-quality video content for diverse projects, including promotional campaigns and documentaries that showcase our global initiatives. Collaborate closely with content creators and the Multimedia Project Manager to conceptualize compelling storytelling that aligns with our brand messaging. Manage and organize video archives to ensure all media files are accessible and properly cataloged for efficient retrieval. Assist in creating engaging videos that increase audience engagement and support fundraising efforts, aiming to boost viewer retention by at least 20%. Participate actively in team meetings to discuss project progress, brainstorm creative ideas, and meet strict deadlines. Ensure all video content adheres to project timelines and quality standards, delivering impactful messages that resonate with diverse audiences. Stay updated on the latest video editing trends and software to continuously improve production quality and storytelling effectiveness. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent. Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and visual composition. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively in a remote or hybrid setting. A genuine passion for humanitarian causes and the mission of the International Humanity Foundation. Preferred: Previous experience in video production and editing, especially within nonprofit or educational sectors. Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animation techniques. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with digital asset management and archiving systems.
