Sabse Sasta Spicy Food is hiring a dedicated and professional Waiter to join our team in Motipur, Bihar, India. This full-time role is essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests in Betiya (West Champaran). Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer informed recommendations. Accurately take orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Handle payments and cash transactions with accuracy. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and serving equipment. Monitor guest needs and dining area cleanliness to provide prompt service. Work closely with kitchen staff to track and deliver orders efficiently. Additionally, you will participate in projects aimed at enhancing the dining experience, including quality improvement and menu redesign initiatives. Collaboration with kitchen and bar staff is vital to ensure smooth service. Performance will be measured by guest satisfaction and service efficiency. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven customer service experience, preferably in food service. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices. Experience with point of sale (POS) systems is advantageous. At least 1 year of experience in a similar waiter role preferred.
