About the role
Mercy Jerop is seeking a Warehouse Documentation Specialist to manage warehouse and logistics documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage all inbound and outbound warehouse and logistics documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory, receiving, and issuing records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
- Maintain an organized and easily retrievable filing system for warehouse and logistics documents.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse documentation, or a related role.
- Proficiency in warehouse/logistics management systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
