Implement safety and compliance protocols to ensure a secure work environment. Conduct audits and assessments for continuous warehouse process improvements. Prepare performance reports for management review. Provide training and mentorship to enhance team productivity. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Proven leadership skills managing diverse teams. Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. Experience with warehouse management software and inventory systems. Minimum 3 years in warehouse management or similar roles. Industry certifications such as APICS or WERC preferred. This role collaborates closely with logistics, supply chain, and operations teams, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
