Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise warehouse staff to optimize daily workflows and operational efficiency. Manage inventory control processes to reduce losses and maintain accuracy. Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely deliveries and proper stock levels. Implement safety and compliance protocols to maintain a secure warehouse environment. Conduct regular audits and operational assessments for continuous improvement. Prepare detailed reports on warehouse performance metrics for management review. Provide training and mentorship to new and existing team members to boost productivity. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Experience with warehouse management software and inventory systems. Minimum 3 years of warehouse management or related experience. Preferred industry certifications such as APICS or WERC. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and collaborates closely with logistics, supply chain, and operations teams.
