Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, ensuring all information is well-organized and easily accessible for reporting and operational needs. Manage schedules and appointments effectively, coordinating with team members and clients to maximize productivity and meet deadlines. Maintain detailed records and documentation to support business processes, compliance, and performance tracking. Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, sharing updates and collaborating on projects to achieve collective goals. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by identifying challenges early and implementing effective solutions. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; additional education is a plus. Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or related administrative roles. Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for client and team interactions. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software tools such as MS Office or CRM platforms. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively within a team. Detail-oriented with adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
