A well-established litigation firm is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join its Charlotte office. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload while working within an experienced and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:Manage workers’ compensation matters from inception through resolution, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, mediations, hearings, settlement negotiations, and regular communication with clients, carriers, and other parties.
