The Jonus Group is seeking a highly motivated and skilled attorney specializing in workers' compensation defense to join a dynamic and growing legal team. The role involves representing clients in workers' compensation proceedings and contributing to the success of a well-established law firm.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in workers' compensation proceedings.
• Conduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and draft legal documents.
• Attend hearings and depositions.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Effectively manage time and adhere to firm procedures.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar is required.
• Ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues and devise effective solutions.
• Proactive, client-centered, and tech-savvy approach to legal practice.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Superior organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
