Key Responsibilities Design and implement dynamic programs that actively engage and empower youth in environmental sustainability projects, ensuring measurable impact. Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to align with organizational goals and deliver successful outcomes. Conduct thorough research and analysis on current environmental challenges and youth engagement strategies, providing actionable insights for program improvement. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance public speaking and advocacy skills among youth participants, building their capacity as environmental leaders. Develop and nurture networking opportunities with local NGOs, schools, and community groups to promote collaboration and resource sharing. Collect and analyze project data to evaluate success metrics and adapt strategies for continuous improvement and greater impact. Engage in regular communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive project execution and celebrate milestones. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science or a related field. Proven experience in project management within NGOs or similar environments, preferably involving youth engagement. Strong communication and public speaking skills to effectively convey environmental messages. Competence in research methodologies and data analysis relevant to environmental and social projects. Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team and manage multiple stakeholders. Preferred: Experience working with youth-focused environmental programs. Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and international environmental policies. Fluency in Norwegian or other Scandinavian languages is a plus but not mandatory.
