Key Responsibilities Design and implement youth engagement programs focused on environmental sustainability projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Conduct research and analysis on environmental issues and youth involvement strategies to provide actionable insights. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance public speaking and advocacy skills among youth participants. Develop partnerships with local organizations, schools, and community groups to promote collaboration and resource sharing. Collect and analyze data to evaluate project success and adapt strategies for impactful outcomes. Maintain regular communication with team members and external partners to ensure cohesive project execution and celebrate successes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science or a related field. Strong communication and public speaking skills to effectively convey environmental messages. Proven experience in project management within NGOs or similar environments. Competence in research methodologies and data analysis relevant to environmental and youth engagement projects.
