Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting activities and maintain precise financial records using Tally software. Perform account reconciliations to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial data for timely reporting. Oversee GST compliance including filing returns and conducting periodic audits to ensure regulatory adherence. Coordinate with banking institutions to manage accounts and facilitate smooth transaction processing. Create detailed financial reports and analyses to support management in strategic planning and decision-making. Maintain high attention to detail to guarantee accuracy in all accounting entries and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and support organizational objectives. Support the Finance Manager by providing insights and assisting in financial audits and budgeting processes. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance from a recognized institution. Proven professional experience (1-4 years) using Tally ERP software in an accounting environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST regulations, and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other accounting software tools. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
