Key Responsibilities Counsel prospective students on course offerings, admission procedures, fees, and career prospects to facilitate informed decisions. Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups to nurture leads and maximize conversion rates. Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student data and CRM records to support seamless communication and reporting. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align admission strategies and improve outreach effectiveness. Provide detailed explanations of course structures, fee breakdowns, and career opportunities to enhance student engagement. Track admission metrics and prepare reports to support continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
