Developer Al is seeking a dedicated Amazon Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, Nevada . In this fast-paced logistics role, you will ensure smooth operational processes that enhance customer satisfaction and support our global e-commerce platform’s success. Key Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to support daily operations. Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Work collaboratively with team members to optimize workflows and improve efficiency. Assess operational processes regularly and recommend improvements. Maintain accurate records of inventory and order transactions. Assist in training and onboarding new employees to maintain team excellence. Follow all safety and quality standards during job performance. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Strong customer service skills focused on satisfaction and problem resolution. Experience in warehouse or operational roles is a plus. Familiarity with inventory management software or tools preferred. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Previous e-commerce industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in operations or customer service preferred. Reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor, you will be part of a collaborative team that values open communication and innovation.
