Key Responsibilities Oversee daily back office operations ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company policies. Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a collaborative and productive environment. Apply problem-solving strategies to resolve operational challenges and boost team efficiency. Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, motivate staff, and collect feedback. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate productivity and identify improvement opportunities. Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure effective communication and issue resolution. Prepare detailed reports for upper management on team performance, challenges, and action plans. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Proven leadership skills with at least 3 years managing back-office teams.
