This full-time position focuses on precision fabrication, welding, machining, and blueprint interpretation to ensure top-quality manufacturing output. Key Responsibilities Perform welding tasks following project specifications and strict safety protocols. Read and interpret blueprints to accurately understand project dimensions and requirements. Operate machining tools and equipment to fabricate parts with high precision and quality. Inspect finished components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize fabrication processes and improve efficiency. Maintain and service equipment and tools to guarantee proper functionality and safety. Document fabrication activities and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory. Proficiency in welding techniques and fabrication practices. Experience in reading and interpreting technical blueprints. Familiarity with machining tools and equipment is essential. Previous fabrication experience is preferred but not required.
