Priya Jaiswal is seeking a dedicated Textile Manufacturing Worker to join our team in the Republic of India. This full-time role is essential to the production of high-quality textile products, involving hands-on work on the manufacturing line. Key Responsibilities Operate sewing machines to stitch fabric pieces accurately according to specifications. Inspect finished textile products to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform packing duties, ensuring products are correctly labeled and ready for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times. Assist in setting up and adjusting sewing machines as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines. Report any machinery malfunctions or production issues promptly to supervisors. Required and Preferred Qualifications No formal education required. Proven sewing skills and experience in textile manufacturing preferred. Efficient packing skills for handling finished textile goods. This role operates within a structured team environment with close interaction among workers to meet daily production goals. Reporting is typically to floor managers or production supervisors. Familiarity with sewing machines and packing equipment is essential for success. Compensation: ₹15,000 per month. Location: Republic of India (on-site position, remote work not eligible).
