Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages. Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and meet their needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages promptly. Educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Handle cash transactions accurately following company policies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service skills and ability to connect with customers. Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques with eagerness to learn. Prior barista experience preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. This full-time position is based in Pune, Maharashtra, and reports directly to the Store Manager. Compensation: ₹20,000 per month. Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
