Reporting to the HR Manager, you will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. You will work with employees and managers across departments to help maintain effective HR processes and a positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation to help new hires integrate smoothly.
• Assist with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and support compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Support performance management and coordinate employee evaluations.
• Respond to employee questions about HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Work with management on employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Relevant human resources experience preferred.
• Experience with HR software and tools is a plus.
