This full-time role focuses on generating and developing new sales opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building. Key Responsibilities Cold call prospects generated by external lead sources to initiate sales conversations. Research and identify potential accounts to develop sales opportunities. Identify decision makers within targeted leads to start the sales process. Penetrate targeted accounts and expand sales within the existing client base. Create and deliver qualified sales opportunities to team members. Maintain and grow the company’s prospect database with accurate information. Ensure timely follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with clear calls-to-action and complete profile details. Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and support marketing events such as trade shows and exhibits. Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients for cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Handle inbound unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales. Overcome objections from prospective customers effectively. Attend periodic sales training sessions to enhance skills. Communicate brand identity and corporate positioning professionally.
